Job summary

PCMI, a fast-growing global SaaS company, is seeking a senior engineering leader for a hybrid role in Park Ridge, IL. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, guide the team, and champion AI across the SDLC to boost efficiency.

The role requires extensive engineering leadership, C#/Angular/TypeScript expertise, and Azure DevOps experience. The position offers strong compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a path to influence architecture and product strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in computer science or related field.
7+ years of engineering experience with multi-tier web services.
8+ years leading definition and development of software systems.
Proven experience with C#, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript and Azure cloud.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects with milestones.
Provide technical guidance and ensure coding standards are followed.
Champion AI engineering across the SDLC to improve efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
Ensure compliance with regulations, security protocols, and testing processes.
Communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations.
Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff.
