Job summary

Title Resources Group is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to own production software built around spec‑driven development. You will direct AI agents to translate business requests into concrete specs, then manage delivery from design through validation and deployment.

You will collaborate with AI engineers and business stakeholders, ensuring correctness, security, and maintainability of code while driving efficient testing and integration across systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and owning production systems.
• Experience directing AI agents to write and run tests against acceptance criteria, read failures, and iterate before work reaches human review.
• Proficiency with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience writing YAML for CI/CD pipelines and deployment configuration (GitLab CI or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Specify and decompose business requests into structured specs with acceptance criteria and validation rules.
• Orchestrate AI agents to build, configure, test, and troubleshoot software systems.
• Review AI‑generated and human‑written code for architecture, security, and performance.
• Ship changes through CI gates and deployments following security and rollback procedures.
• Build reusable specs, prompts, guardrails, and checklists to standardize workflows.
