Job summary

Spektra Systems LLC is seeking an experienced professional to own AI-assisted feature delivery across UI/API/DB layers. You translate requirements into agent-ready specs, supervise AI agents during development, and own the production results. You ensure correctness, security, and performance through reviews and tests.

You will deploy via CI/CD to Azure, monitor logs, and write clear documentation. Remote work from India with possible future onsite transition is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building web applications end to end.
• Hands-on with at least one agentic coding tool in a real codebase.
• Ability to read and judge code fluently in C#/TypeScript/JavaScript stacks.
• Experience with CI pipelines and code reviews.
• Comfort converting product requirements into agent-ready specs.
• Familiarity with security, auth, and tenant isolation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Break requirements into agent-ready specs with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive AI coding agents to implement features across chosen stacks.
• Turn product requirements into specs and manage agent-produced code in production.
• Review agent diffs for correctness, edge cases, security, and performance.
• Ensure test coverage with unit, integration, and Playwright end-to-end tests.
• Update agent docs and templates to prevent repeated mistakes.
• Deploy via CI/CD to QA/production and monitor post-release logs.
• Write concise PR descriptions, release notes and runbooks.
