Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ year in a lead role or cross-functional project leadership.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and AI tooling in development.
• Proven use of AI tools such as GitHub CoPilot and Claude Code.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical bar for a team; lead design and scope of complex features using AI-assisted workflows.
• Direct AI agents through feature development; act as architect, reviewer, and decision-maker.
• Build scaffolding for AI tools; manage project context, reusable skills, and agent workflows.
• Drive automated testing and verification for every feature before release.
• Review AI-generated output for quality, gaps, and long-term maintainability.
• Mitigate risks in AI-assisted development regarding security and reliability.
• Mentor team members and establish standards for quality development patterns.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and product experts in a SCRUM team.
