Genius AI is hiring engineers to architect and ship AI-powered features enabling agentic tools for appointment-based businesses. You will work on scalable infrastructure and production systems handling billions in payments for 120,000+ businesses.

The role requires building with AI as the default, driving reliability and performance across the stack. You will collaborate across teams, own projects end-to-end, and contribute to a hybrid NYC-based work model with in-office days and strong

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features or systems.
• Ability to move fast and ship real work rather than等待 a fully scoped ticket.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship AI-powered features for agentic tools that enable service businesses.
• Build and maintain large-scale systems processing billions in payments, serving 120,000+ businesses with reliability and performance.
• Use AI to assist in coding, debugging, writing, and reviewing code; maintain high output quality.
• Own work end-to-end from design through production with accountability for performance.
• Build platform infrastructure to move product teams faster and remove friction.
