Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for Banking. The role emphasizes scalable agentic AI frameworks, generative AI, MVP-driven development, and rapid iteration in small squads.

You will work with multiple model providers, prototype AI tooling, and mentor junior engineers while aligning solutions to financial services needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Python/Java skills with full stack exposure (Angular/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agent frameworks.
• Proficient with ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas.
• Experience with AI coding tools: Devin, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Antigravity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable agentic AI frameworks and generative AI solutions for critical business use cases.
• Develop and integrate agentic AI systems across multiple model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
• Build full-stack AI apps integrating LLM-driven workflows and AI coding tools.
