You will develop dashboards, integrate AI APIs, and prototype internal tools using Python, FastAPI, and front-end tech, translating complex problems into scalable solutions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, automation, and dashboard/report development.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of ML, AI APIs, LLMs, or generative AI tools.
• Ability to build internal tools or prototypes using FastAPI, Flask, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Analyze contact center, customer, operational, and VOC data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows using Python, SQL, BigQuery, Looker.
• Develop AI, automation, and optimization solutions to improve contact center performance.
• Create internal tools/prototypes using Python, FastAPI, APIs, and front-end tech.
• Translate data into business recommendations and coach teams with actionable findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions and drive adoption.
• Prepare presentations and executive updates for analytics initiatives.
