Job summary

Amica is seeking an SEO / Generative AI Search Analyst to shape how the brand is discovered across traditional search, AI-powered experiences, and emerging answer engines. You will monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, AI search visibility, and competitive insights.

The role is hybrid with onsite days at our Lincoln, RI campus and does not offer visa sponsorship. You will translate data into actionable insights and inform content strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in SEO, search analytics, digital marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year monitoring and optimizing AI search/generative search.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance measurement.
• Experience with enterprise SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Experience with analytics and reporting platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze brand visibility across traditional, AI-powered, and answer engines.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand inclusion and AI-generated responses.
• Conduct performance monitoring and reporting of SEO and AI search KPIs.
• Track visibility, rankings, traffic, and engagement across SEO platforms and search tools.
• Support development of dashboards and measurement strategies for SEO and AI search performance.
