Job summary

Amica Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an SEO / Generative AI Search Analyst to shape how the brand is discovered and recommended across traditional and AI-powered search experiences. Hybrid role with onsite days at the Lincoln, RI campus.

You will monitor brand visibility, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve rankings, traffic, and AI response accuracy while staying ahead of evolving search trends and measurement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, search analytics, digital marketing, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze brand visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and answer engines.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand inclusion and AI-generated responses.
• Track SEO and AI search KPIs with weekly, monthly, and quarterly trend analyses.
• Collaborate on dashboards and reporting frameworks for SEO and AI search performance.
• Support local profile management and competitive benchmarking across search channels.
• Partner with Analytics and Data teams to connect website performance with search visibility.
