XiFin's PMO in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex technology and cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to close.

You will own timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role leverages AI-enabled tools to streamline tracking and reporting; a 5+ year background in project management, a related bachelor's degree, and PMP/CAPM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading technology implementations, system integrations, or go-to-market launches.
• Direct experience managing cross-functional projects involving stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Experience using project management software (Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project) to plan and track work.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automation.
• Experience in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology and cross-functional projects from intake through close, building project plans, timelines, and resourcing estimates.
• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects, keeping work on track against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and drive issues to resolution before they affect delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and check-ins that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your projects, escalating decisions and trade-offs to the right stakeholders as needed.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline project tracking, status reporting, and documentation.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and PMO leadership using the PMO's standard reporting formats.
• Capture lessons learned at the close of each project to inform how future projects are run.
