Job summary

XiFin is seeking a Director of the Project Management Office to design and lead a new PMO in San Diego, partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will own a portfolio of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives and mentor project managers while implementing AI-enabled processes to improve delivery speed and data quality.

You will collaborate with executives to shape the technology and go-to-market roadmap, manage priorities, and establish a governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management, including 3+ years leading a PMO
• Experience running complex cross-functional initiatives across technology and GTM
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled PM tools and workflows

Responsibilities

• Build and lead XiFin's new PMO from the ground up, establishing governance, intake, and delivery standards for cross-functional technology and go-to-market projects
• Partner with executive leadership to drive the technology and go-to-market roadmap, balancing capacity, risk, and business impact
• Define and continuously refine the repeatable operating model for project delivery across the organization
• Personally own and run a portfolio of the organization’s highest-priority, most complex cross-functional projects alongside your team
• Drive delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within budget, escalating risks and trade-offs to leadership as needed
