Job summary

XiFin seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead complex technology programs across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations from kickoff to close. You will own timelines, dependencies, risks, and communications, using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and delivery.

This on-site role reports to the PMO Director and is based in San Diego, CA. You will build plans, manage resources, and keep stakeholders aligned while driving on-time, on-budget outcomes and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• PMI certification (PMP or CAPM) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience across technology projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and using PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology and cross-functional projects from kickoff to close.
• Manage timelines, scope, budget, and risk across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline tracking and reporting.
