XiFin, Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

You will own project planning, execution and delivery, manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications, and drive cross-functional alignment using AI-enabled tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including managing technology implementations, system integrations, or go-to-market launches.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple departments.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for reporting, documentation, or workflow automation.
• Healthcare technology or revenue cycle management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex technology and cross-functional projects from intake through close, building project plans, timelines, and resourcing estimates.
• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple concurrent projects, keeping work on track against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, and drive issues to resolution before they affect delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on priorities, scope, and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and check-ins that keep cross-functional teams aligned and moving forward.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline project tracking, status reporting, and documentation.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
