Job summary

XiFin is seeking an experienced PMO leader to build and run a new PMO in San Diego, overseeing a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional technology and go-to-market initiatives.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive the roadmap, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve data quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years leading a PMO.
• Experience with AI-enabled project management tooling is a plus.
• Healthcare technology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead XiFin's PMO from the ground up with governance and delivery standards.
• Drive the technology and go-to-market roadmap with executive leadership.
• Define a repeatable operating model for project delivery across the org.
• Own and run a portfolio of high-priority cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resolve issues across teams.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and workflows for PMO processes.
• Establish real-time dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers and coach them on stakeholder management.
