Job summary

Cityblock Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery—from intake and discovery through scoping, build, release, and measurement. You will work with Design, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Data Science to translate clinical needs into prioritized work and ensure the technology moves member outcomes and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products that moved measurable business or user metrics.
• Healthcare experience required; must possess clinical and care model literacy to translate complex clinical operations into engineering requirements.
• Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to write/review SQL, interrogate data models, and scope data pipeline changes.
• Proven ability to manage senior executive relationships, maintain roadmap transparency, and navigate payer complexity.
• Experience in modern delivery environments (two-week cycles, continuous release) and a strong written craft for PRDs.
• Actively integrates AI into daily PM workflows, e.g., drafting PRDs and testing datasets.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end product delivery from intake to post-launch measurement.
• Prioritize requests using a framework and coordinate with tech leadership to align with milestones and KPIs.
• Create PRDs and scoping artifacts defining the problem, approach, requirements, success metrics, dependencies, and risks.
• Maintain living documents from discovery through deployment; ensure prototypes are available.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, and Design throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Post-release measurement and iteration based on learned outcomes.
