Job summary

Benchmark Health is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead AI-native product initiatives across clinical, ops tooling, PCP-facing referral tools, and patient experiences. You will manage a small team of PMs while owning a meaningful slice of the roadmap and working hands-on with discovery, specs, and shipping.

In a seed-stage setting, you will roll up your sleeves across the product life cycle, partner with engineering and design, and drive metrics tied to real clinical and operational

Qualifications

• You work AI-natively every day and build AI-powered products for patients, clinicians, and ops.
• Health tech experience is required due to regulatory, privacy, and safety considerations.
• Experience managing Product Managers (PMs) and guiding a small team.
• You have built internal tools for operational or clinical end users, not only consumer apps.
• You translate feedback into structured product bets and clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a small team of PMs, setting direction and developing their craft.
• Work AI-natively daily to draft specs, documents, and prototypes; speed up research.
• Transform raw feedback into backlog-ready items; balance AI outputs with human review.
• Own a meaningful slice of the product roadmap across clinical/ops tooling or patient experience.
• Lead discovery with Advocates, clinicians, leadership, and PCPs to identify friction and trust.
• Translate workflows into product requirements balancing clinical nuance, speed, and feasibility.
• Partner with engineering and design to scope, sequence, and ship from specs to launch.
• Define metrics tied to real outcomes for your area and your team.
• Identify where AI can reduce manual burden and drive responsible adoption.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems in an early-stage environment.
