Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI-powered analytics initiatives within the Analytics & Behavior Change organization. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to bring AI-driven insights from concept to production, influencing care and access to health services.
The role requires strong product management, ML literacy, and experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall work experience.
- 3+ years' experience with Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
- 2+ years' Product Management or related experience working with data scientists and engineers.
- 2+ years' experience with AI, data analytics, or clinical/claims data to drive insights.
Responsibilities
- Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and detailed specs for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
- Support engineering and data science to implement features by clarifying requirements and facilitating discussions.
- Coordinate cross-team hand-offs and define data SLAs with upstream/downstream teams.
- Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners; align timelines with multiple teams.
