CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change organization is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics for clinicians, partnering with data scientists and engineers to translate insights into production-ready products.

You will lead requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, define data contracts, and measure ROI while aligning roadmaps with clinical workflows and business goals. A strong ML/AI background and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of overall work experience.
3+ years cross-functional work with ML/DS teams.
2+ years PM experience or equivalent with DS/engineers.
2+ years using AI/data analytics to drive value.
2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
2+ years communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
2+ years delivering and QA-ing products end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions with teams.
Prioritize across teams considering speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream and downstream teams.
Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
Work with clinicians to confirm business value and quantify impact.
Validate model results with clinicians and refine as needed.
Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics to show ROI.
Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
Lead a scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
