Job summary

CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics for clinicians. You will partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to translate data into actionable insights and scalable products.

You will define requirements, lead a Scrum team, track metrics, and ensure business value across workflows. A strong background in ML, AI, data analytics, and healthcare data is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with ML Eng and DS.
• 2 years PM or PM-adjacent or Consulting.
• 2+ years AI, data analytics, or clinical data.
• 2+ years stakeholder management.
• 2+ years communicating complex concepts to business and technical teams.
• 2+ years full lifecycle product management.
• 2+ years driving results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create PRDs, acceptance criteria, and specs for DS, Eng, and Leadership.
• Support teams by clarifying requirements and guiding technical discussions.
• Facilitate prioritization across teams balancing speed, scale, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
• Validate model results with clinicians and refine.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics.
• Maintain product roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a scrum team of data scientists and engineers.
