CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&B C) organization seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI-powered analytics and clinician‑facing data solutions. You will lead data science collaboration, ML product delivery, and clinical workflow integration from conception to production.

You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to deliver measurable value, establish roadmaps, and track product performance in a fast‑paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross‑functional experience with ML Engineering and Data Science.
• 2+ years Product Management or closely related experience.
• 2+ years experience with AI, data analytics, data products, or complex analytics with clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years navigating a complex stakeholder environment.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents and acceptance criteria for Data Science, Engineering, and Leadership.
• Support teams to implement features by clarifying requirements and enabling technical discussions.
• Facilitate prioritization across teams balancing speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
