Job summary

Google is seeking a Security Tooling Specialist within the GSST Technical Solutions team. You will design secure, scalable tools, embedding Google’s AI/LLM tech to accelerate automation while ensuring privacy and compliance.

You’ll bridge frontend interfaces with backend systems and mentor peers in software engineering best practices. You will collaborate across disciplines to identify risks, deliver impactful tools, and measure ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in Python, Go, or other modern backend languages.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using SQL.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions with focus on LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust full-stack applications with security integration.
• Provide data integrations for operational reports in collaboration with data teams.
• Develop embedded AI and Agentic solutions for end users’ efficiency.
• Own technical roadmap and coordinate with vendor teams to scale solutions.
• Provide expert support while upholding privacy and security standards.
