Job summary

Google is hiring a Staff Technical Solutions Consultant for the GSST Technical Solutions team to design and deliver secure, scalable, integrated solutions for complex security challenges. You will bridge frontend interfaces with powerful backend infra, embedding Google's AI and LLM tech to accelerate automation and ROI.

You will collaborate across functions, mentor engineers, and uphold privacy and security standards while advancing end-to-end enterprise solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 7+ years troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.
• Experience in Python, Go, or other modern backend languages.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using SQL and managing production infrastructure.
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions leveraging ML/AI with focus on LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical authority, partnering with leadership to align on project directions.
• Establish development, config management, and testing standards; mentor juniors; ensure security/privacy compliance.
• Design and develop robust full-stack applications that integrate with legacy infra and enable data reporting.
• Own the technical roadmap and strategy to scale and sustain solutions with vendor teams.
• Deliver AI and agentic solutions with focused development, testing, and validation.
