Job summary

You will collaborate across users, leadership, and peers to turn complex requirements into intuitive, impactful tools. You will help drive cross-functional programs, monitor performance, and mentor teams in software development best practices for enterprise-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience with Python, Go or other modern backend languages.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining data pipelines using SQL and production infra management.
• Experience deploying enterprise solutions with ML/AI and LLM focus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop robust full-stack applications, integrating with security teams and legacy systems.
• Deliver tools with data integrations for operational reporting in collaboration with the data team.
• Implement embedded AI and Agentic solutions to empower end users with efficiency.
• Own the technical roadmap and scale solutions with vendor teams.
• Provide expert technical support while advocating engineering best practices and growth.
