Job summary

At Atlassian, we are redefining the SDR function by embedding AI into prospecting, prioritization, and pipeline creation. As the AI Productivity Lead, you will own the end-to-end development of AI-powered workflows and products that dramatically boost SDR productivity and manager coaching leverage.

You will collaborate across Sales, RevOps, Enablement, Engineering, Marketing, and AI governance to ship measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered workflows and internal tools in production.
• Strong ability to design solutions, troubleshoot, and ship reliably.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompts, agents, and guardrails.
• Experience integrating CRM, sales tools, enrichment, analytics.
• Understanding SDR, GTM workflows, and pipeline concepts.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Builder-operator mindset with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to partner across technical and field teams in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value opportunities by shadowing SDRs and analyzing workflows across tools.
• Build and scale AI products like research agents, meeting-prep assistants, and coaching copilots.
• Own the experimentation roadmap focusing on meetings, personalization, and pipeline impact.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Engineering, RevOps, Enablement, and governance.
• Improve manager leverage through scalable coaching and visibility tools.
• Embed AI into daily SDR workflows — prospecting, prioritization, onboarding, forecasting.
• Build for sustainability with guardrails for privacy, cost, and reliability.
• Measure business impact with adoption, meetings booked, and pipeline created.
