Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an Agentic Success Portfolio Lead to bridge data engineering, data science, AI workflows, and customer journey orchestration. You will own the Digital Success OS, data pipelines, and agentic triggers across the customer lifecycle.

Collaborate with CS AI Agent Engineers, analytics, and RevOps to translate telemetry into proactive plays, prompts, retrieval logic, escalation rules, and human handoffs at scale. This role offers a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer success analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to partner with Data Science on predictive models and NLP/sentiment analysis.
• Technical fluency with AI-agent workflows, prompts, and rules engines.
• Experience operationalizing systems such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Databricks/SQL, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Build Digital Success OS and data pipelines for pilot and scale across segments.
• Turn telemetry into customer plays, AI-agent triggers, CTAs, and handoffs.
• Own cross-functional accountability across distributed ownership.
• Maintain architecture, logs, and governance to protect momentum.
