Job summary

Elastic in Austin, TX is expanding its Sales Development team. As an SDR, you will identify, nurture, and create new opportunities, prioritizing quality interactions over quantity.

You will work with sales, marketing and partners to expand Elastic’s presence, researching accounts with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn and other tools. You bring 0–1 year experience, a passion for technology, and the ability to communicate complex concepts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year work experience required.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Willing to be in the Austin, TX office a few days a week.
• Open to feedback and constantly learning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams to grow the sales pipeline.
• Balance reactive inquiries with proactive opportunity discovery.
• Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn and other tools to research accounts and craft messaging.
• Learn Elastic technology and communicate its value to a technical audience.
