Job summary

Wisq in Redwood City, CA (Hybrid) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the top of our pipeline. You’ll be the first conversation prospects have with Wisq, qualifying inbound interest, running structured outbound into core ICPs, and setting meetings for Account Executives.

You’ll work with Marketing and Sales to align demand and meeting quality, leverage AI tooling for research and drafting, and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring clean data and useful insights for the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of SDR/BDR or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and data-driven mindset towards objections.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and more into core ICPs.
• Respond to inbound leads quickly, perform discovery, and qualify meetings for AEs.
• Maintain meeting quality and protect the AE team's time through disciplined qualification.
• Keep HubSpot CRM accurate with activity, notes, and qualification details.
