The Training & Change Lead will own training and change management on client projects, ensuring quality and innovation while coordinating staff trainers and content development within the SOW.

You will work with People and project leadership to staff and budget effectively and deliver reusable resources

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing the training and change components of a project SOW and advising on work, staffing, and content.
• Ability to staff trainers with People team and project leadership within scope and budget.
• Ability to keep training and change work inside engagement boundaries while meeting client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Review training and change components of the project SOW to clarify scope and deliverables.
• Advise on baselines for training and enablement for Electric Mind staff assigned to the project.
• Staff trainers with People team and project leadership according to project scope and budget.
