Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will surface waste with flow metrics, design future-state AI-enabled workflows, and build agentic systems across upstream SDLC phases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across the full SDLC, requirements through release, with ability to map, measure, and redesign delivery processes
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering or tool orchestration
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting or advisory capacity with engineering organizations at enterprise scale
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as diagnostic tools
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) or 6 years with Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in SDLC practices
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software definition, design, and governance
• Lead change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows
• Strategy and design of agentic systems targeting upstream SDLC phases
• Know how and where to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact
• Model SDLC as a system identifying bottlenecks and second-order effects
• Coordinate across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform teams
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystem (coding assistants, agentic platforms)
• Track AI transformation trends and new model releases for roadmaps
• Translate benchmarks from digitally native organizations into actionable roadmaps for clients
• Influence clients to modernize processes to leverage AI-driven SDLC
