Job summary

Accenture plc seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You will apply flow metrics to surface waste and design AI-native workflows for upstream SDLC phases, including define, design, and requirements.

You will translate evolving AI tooling into actionable roadmaps and lead change management for engineering teams adopting agentic workflows in large organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years across the full SDLC, from requirements to release, with proven mapping and redesign of delivery processes.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering and tool orchestration.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting/advisory capacity working with enterprise-scale engineering organizations.
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput) as diagnostic tools, not just theoretical.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing SDLC practices.
• Design future-state AI-native workflows that accelerate software definition, design, and governance.
• Change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows.
• Strategy and design of agentic systems targeting upstream SDLC phases: requirements, user stories, design reviews, and architecture validation.
• Know how and where to use creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact.
