Job summary

CVS Health seeks an SDET Manager to lead Quality Engineering and software delivery transformation across the Medicare Sales & Acquisition ecosystem. This role focuses on AI-driven testing, automated delivery lifecycles, and scalable testing strategies.

You will mentor a team of SDETs, drive automation architecture, and partner with Business, Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QE teams to achieve enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Software Development Engineering, QA, or related technical disciplines.
• 2+ years leading automation strategy and/or managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-augmented Quality Engineering solutions.
• Migrate automation frameworks and test data management onto AWS-native services.
• Advance the team's testing model toward agent-orchestrated QE with human review gates.
• Translate business processes into actionable automation strategies and validation models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
