Job summary

DOT Compliance is a cloud-based software company offering a compliance platform built on Salesforce. We seek a hands-on Software Engineer to design and implement Salesforce solutions, build AI-powered agents, and automate workflows.

You will work directly with customers to extend and integrate our platform and will contribute to internal tools that speed up the team. You will work across Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows, handling requirements on the fly and

Qualifications

Hands-on Full-Stack or Backend software engineering with strong OO skills.
Experience using AI coding tools as a core part of daily development.
Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda).
Independent learner who thrives in a fast-moving startup.
Strong written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
Experience with Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, or Flows) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Design and build Salesforce solutions including Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Create AI-powered agents and internal tooling to automate repetitive work.
Develop Python-based scripts to support onboarding, automation, and data processing.
Use AI coding tools throughout development to move faster and handle unknowns.
Translate customer requirements into working Salesforce configurations and integrations.
Collaborate with R&D, Product and Customer Success to land new features in services.
