Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing deployments and building tools that improve outcomes.
• Ability to write and debug JavaScript/TypeScript and reason about web apps, APIs, and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Build directly with customers and define success, securing test access and data.
• Engineer reliable automation with custom tools and tests, ensure operability and recovery.
• Make deployment lessons reusable tools and tests for future work.
• Travel approximately 40–60% for on-site customer discovery, sessions, and launches.
