Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a cloud native, enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A track record of delivering impactful features in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive efficiency by identifying and developing software solutions that improve operational efficiency and provide detailed visibility into performance metrics.
• Innovate with AI by developing AI-based automation to reduce errors, increase system availability, and accelerate operational velocity.
• Build orchestration and automation to optimize system efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, develop, and test software with a focus on automation, scalability, and security, while mentoring other engineers.
• Provide high-level support for Puppet and Oracle operational workflows.
