Job summary

MassMutual Ventures seeks an experienced data governance and RevOps specialist to own the Salesforce data model, field mappings, and reporting architecture. You will consolidate customer data across sales, marketing, support, and finance, driving governance, data hygiene, and analytics readiness with AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead cross‑team data definitions, build centralized reporting, and partner with an external development partner as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a comparable technical operations function.
• Deep Salesforce data fluency and SOQL proficiency.
• Experience moving data into central analytics environments.
• Ability to document definitions and enforce data hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Own definitions behind customer and funnel metrics across platforms.
• Maintain data dictionary and data model ownership.
• Ensure data hygiene: deduplication, merge rules, validation rules.
• Diagnose semantic mismatches across systems and drive consolidation.
• Build reporting layer for一致 insights across teams.
• Unify customer record across acquisition, retention, support, and billing.
• Apply LLM tooling to governance tasks and documentation.
• Own lead and account routing end-to-end with high accuracy.
• Serve as single point of contact for cross‑team requests.
