Job summary

Bottomline is seeking an AI Enablement Analyst to support Revenue Operations in adopting AI-driven agents and scalable analytics within Paymode. You will bridge sales, data, and AI to deliver trusted insights and govern data for automated decision-making.

In this role you’ll drive AI use cases, lead deployment end-to-end, structure reusable datasets, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and efficiency across RevOps and Sales.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with BI tools.
• Experience with AI tools and governance considerations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases to improve RevOps processes and reporting.
• Lead AI agent deployment for sales functions end-to-end.
• Prepare and structure data for AI applications with semantic models.
• Ensure data quality and governance for trusted AI insights.
• Collaborate with RevOps and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Automate manual processes and scale analytics capabilities.
