Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automated workflows within an enterprise environment.

• Strong background in business process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Support Invent-wide deal approval activities and ensure smooth handoffs through the approval process.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to meet governance requirements and approvals.
• Assist pursuit leads and sales teams by navigating deal approval processes while ensuring governance steps are followed.
• Provide operational support for strategic pursuits identified by executive leadership.
• Advise pursuit teams on sales process requirements, approvals, and execution.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes for quick wins and scalable improvements.
• Leverage existing automation frameworks, data models, and semantic layers to support automation efforts.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automation capabilities that boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and the Dashboarding and Automation team to ensure consistency and scalability across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and enhance the sales lifecycle.
