Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Dallas is seeking a Senior Consultant, AI Product & Innovation to lead AI-focused workstreams from discovery through delivery. You will interview stakeholders, evaluate AI platforms, and shape opportunity roadmaps while developing executive-ready presentations and leading readiness assessments.

You will map processes and data flows, contribute to thought leadership, and collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven transformation for clients.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in consulting, product management, analytics, or related fields.
• Knowledge of LLMs, data pipelines, model evaluation, and semantic layers.
• Strategic storytelling and analytical modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-focused workstreams end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and evaluation of AI platforms and tools.
• Shape AI opportunity roadmaps and develop executive-ready presentations.
• Lead readiness assessments and map processes and data flows.
• Contribute to thought leadership across data, AI, and design.
