Job summary

PS=Ø is a construction technology company focused on improving schedule certainty, safety, and long-term performance on large-scale concrete projects in the United States. We are seeking a proactive Marketing, Sales Enablement & Business Development professional to translate market strategy into executable campaigns and targeted outreach.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate events, manage CRM activity in Zoho, and support regional sales leaders with research and account planning.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales coordination or marketing.
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Experience with CRM systems; Zoho preferred.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools.
• Proficient in LinkedIn and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify projects and decision-makers using ConstructConnect.
• Develop campaigns and coordinate events.
• Manage CRM activity and sales follow-up.
• Create outreach emails, LinkedIn messages and content.
• Turn project successes into case studies and messaging.
• Maintain pipeline and assist leadership with reporting.
