Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Principal Specialist Sales Engineer to join the Healthcare/SLED team in a remote capacity. You will collaborate with a global group to deliver security-focused cloud solutions and drive customer success.

Responsibilities include creating technical presentations, gathering requirements, leading product evaluations, and designing test plans to ensure successful outcomes. A strong background in network security sales and AI tool exploration is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related roles.
Proven experience selling network security technologies (SD-WAN, routing, SWG, proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, DLP, end-user monitoring).
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver technical product presentations to prospective customers.
Gather customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet goals.
Lead product evaluations and custom configurations.
Design evaluation test plans with customers and guide the process to successful outcomes.
