Job summary

Pearl in Lehi, Utah, seeks a strategic Sales Manager to drive adoption of AI-powered dental solutions. You will coach reps, refine the sales process, and partner with Marketing to convert demand into revenue. This in-office role emphasizes hands-on leadership and data-driven decisions.

You’ll influence sales strategy, forecast accurately, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with Product and Customer Service to ensure aligned messaging and smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS, software, or healthcare/dental sales.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and leading sellers.
• Collaborate with marketing on inbound/demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach sales reps through pipeline strategy and objection handling.
• Partner with Marketing to drive inbound and demand generation and convert web traffic to pipeline.
• Align with Marketing on paid media, events, SEO, and lead quality feedback.
• Own forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
• Drive onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Customer Service.
