Pearl is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive our dental AI solutions. This in-person, Lehi, Utah role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up meetings with account executives.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company’s products and services and explain how our solutions meet customer needs.
• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new opportunities.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and coordinate with account executives for next steps.
• Refine lead-generation playbooks using HubSpot, cold calls, and email.
• Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Build trusting relationships to qualify leads as opportunities.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Set up meetings or calls between customers and sales executives.
• Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
