Job summary

Lead Bank seeks a Risk Reporting and Innovation Manager to guide an AI-first approach to risk data, governance, and reporting. You will own the governance materials, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional OKR tracking, ensuring senior leadership has trusted data for decision making.

You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and product teams to evolve risk programs, manage committees, and deliver strategic insights through centralized reporting and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related governance/reporting
• Proficient using generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision making
• Track record of centralized reporting frameworks, KRIs/KPIs, or executive dashboards
• Proficient in SQL and BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker)
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps and translating priorities into plans
• Working knowledge of banking regulations and supervisory guidance (OCC, Fed, FDIC)
• Highly organized, self-motivated with ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the AI-adoption strategy within Risk and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support data warehousing and data sanitization leveraging automation
• Develop and maintain a capacity planning framework for Enterprise Risk
• Own centralized OKR tracking and progress reporting across initiatives
• Develop program-level KPI reporting including monthly risk program overviews
• Prioritize risk program initiatives and manage dependencies and resourcing
• Build risk dashboards tied to fintech partnerships using automation and AI-native tools
• Benchmark against industry trends and translate findings into a roadmap
• Prepare governance materials for risk committees with timely information
• Coordinate cross-functionally with data stakeholders for examinations and audits
• Serve as a link between Risk, Compliance, and senior leadership
• Ensure high-visibility initiatives move forward with clear ownership
• Perform other duties as assigned
