Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Senior/Lead Data & Information Architect for the enterprise Testing & Monitoring platform in corporate risk and governance. You will own the data strategy, target-state architecture, and sourcing roadmap, shaping source-to-target ingestions and governance across risk, controls, obligations, and evidence.

You will model core GRC domains, enable AI-driven anomaly detection, and drive end-to-end regulatory traceability with executive presence in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering and solution architecture in financial services
• 5+ years in relevant financial-services domain
• Familiarity with TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework

Responsibilities

• Own data information strategy, target-state architecture, and sourcing roadmap for the enterprise Testing & Monitoring platform.
• Model core GRC domains (Risk, Control, Obligation, Issue, Test, Process, Evidence) with canonical definitions.
• Define sourcing from authoritative systems of record and design ingestion using APIs, ETL/ELT, event streaming, and metadata-driven patterns.
• Enable configurable testing, risk-based sampling, and end-to-end regulatory traceability.
• Apply Neo4j, knowledge graphs, and ontologies for lineage and cross-domain risk intelligence.
• Embed AI for anomaly detection, intelligent sampling, and evidence summarization.
