Qualifikationen

• BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• ACAS or FCAS certification.
• 4+ years of reserving or pricing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and independent work ability.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or R.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Support quarterly IBNR & ECO/ULE reserve process.
• Analyze information to validate loss and loss expense reserves.
• Develop analytics, predictive models, and AI tools to sharpen reserve estimates.
• Research and enhance reserving methodologies and models.
• Monitor loss development trends and communicate findings to management.
• Assist quarterly financial and regulatory reporting including ECO/ULE.
• Collaborate with Claims, Finance, Pricing, Data Science, and Tech teams.
• Work independently and in teams to meet objectives.
