Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in the United States seeks an Associate Actuary, Central Reserving, to advance reserving through AI and advanced analytics.

You will develop models identifying drivers of claims outcomes, improve loss development insights, and support ECO/ULE reporting across lines of business. You will collaborate with reserving actuaries, claims, data science, and business leaders to deliver modern methodologies and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• BS in actuarial science or related field and ACAS/FCAS credentials.
• 4+ years of reserving and/or pricing experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly IBNR and ECO/ULE reserve processes.
• Develop analytics, predictive models, and AI-based tools for reserving.
• Analyze loss development trends and communicate findings to management.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and data quality improvements.
