AIG PC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical professional to advance reserving capabilities using AI and advanced analytics.

You will develop models identifying key drivers of claims outcomes, improve reserve estimates, and support ECO/ULE reporting across multiple lines of business. You will partner with actuaries, claims, data science, and business leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights and modern reserving methodologies.

Qualifications

• BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area; ACAS/FCAS preferred.
• 4+ years of reserving and/or pricing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, or R preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and in team settings.
• Effective time management and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Support quarterly process to determine IBNR for ECO and ULE.
• Analyze information to document adequacy of loss reserves and loss expense reserves.
• Develop and apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI tools to identify drivers of claims outcomes.
• Research and enhance reserving methodologies and models for accuracy.
• Monitor loss development trends and communicate findings to management.
• Collaborate with ERM to analyze reserve risk for capital modeling.
• Assist with quarterly close and annual reporting, including ECO/ULE reporting.
• Work with Claims, Finance, Pricing, Data Science, and Technology teams to improve data quality and modernize reserving.
