Job summary

Baseten is seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to identify and fix inefficiencies in the recruiting process, build end-to-end programs, and ship AI-powered tools that transform how recruiters work daily. You’ll collaborate across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, delivering data-driven insights and scalable solutions to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or related operations role at a fast-growing company.
• Track record of running cross-functional projects end to end, including securing senior leadership buy-in.
• Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
• Clear, concise writing for executive audiences.
• Strong prioritization skills balancing long-running programs with day-to-day asks.

Responsibilities

• Break large, ambiguous problems into clear phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive adoption.
• Lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end with leadership buy-in and data-driven decisions.
• Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load, turning findings into recommendations.
• Ensure data hygiene and consistent job setup across the pipeline to enable trustworthy reporting and dashboards.
• Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, turning repeated requests into self-serve tools or documented answers.
• Build, pilot, and iterate Claude-powered tools and workflows to solve recurring pain points for recruiting.
