• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 6-10 years in corporate real estate, facilities, strategy, business operations, program/ops management, or FP&A.
• Ability to see the big picture and translate it into day-to-day decisions.
• Comfort learning a program quickly and understanding space needs across stages.
• High agency and ability to influence senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize supply and demand of the current real estate portfolio.
• Define requirements and process for space requests and data accuracy.
• Match demand to supply and close gaps with sites and moves.
• Sequence moves and plan for classified/unclassified infrastructure and ramps.
• Create and execute longer-term real estate strategy including capital investments and build-where planning.
• Model scenarios and adjust plans quickly when programs slip or ramp.
