Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Quality Assurance / Software Test Lead to support the Navy Medicine Online development effort. You will oversee QA, testing, and risk assessment, ensuring release readiness and security compliance across the SDLC.

Responsibilities include AI-assisted test automation, cross-functional collaboration, and serving as the final gate for software releases. A Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Experience in designing, executing, and managing system testing throughout the SDLC.
• Experience with ALM tools and processes.
• Ability to develop software requirements from user needs and existing defects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with logs and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, scripts, and automated suites.
• Manage testing activities, defects, quality controls, and release readiness in ALM environments.
• Identify and track defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues from test results.
• Communicate test strategy, status, metrics, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
• Serve as final quality gate with GO/GO-WITH-CONDITIONS/NO-GO determinations.
• Provide QA guidance and best practices to strengthen organizational quality assurance.
